We don't charge any admittance fees for the festival or those entering the competition to ensure access to the arts for the whole community.
Every penny goes a long way to make this landmark event go ahead each year, so we humbly ask you to help however you can, thankyou.
This is our 10th year, and we need your help to make it our best yet.

For 10 years, ELAF, with no charge to the public has brought artists, musicians and communities together to create breathtaking temporary art from nothing but natural materials. No trace left behind. Just a deeper connection to the land — and to each other.
From 14–19 July 2026 in Dunbar, we'll be hosting five days of sand art, mandalas, rock stacking, woodland workshops and live music — completely free for everyone to attend and join in.
